    1package frozen veggies
    1 jar pimento(chopped)
    cooked in butter
    1/2krinkly noodles
    2 cups of veelveta cheese
    put in cassorole and bake it until it bubbles.

    Homemade chicken noodle soup

    2 cans chicken broth
    1 mediem carrot
    1 stalkof celery sliced
    1/2 cup uncooked mediem egg noodles
    1 cup cubed cooked chicken

    Mix broth and vegatables in saucepan bring to boil.
    Stir in noodels and chicken,Cook at mediem heat until noodels are done.
    serves 4
    Salt and pepper ifdesired.

    mix together. Place in casserole dish

    1 16 oz. can pumpkin
    1 14 oz can eqagle brand (low fat)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp.ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. each ginger,nutmeg and salt



    preheat oven to 425'. in large bowl combine all ingredients except pastry shell.Mix well.
    pour into pastry shell.Bake 15 mins.then reduce oven temp. to 350'and bake 35-40 mins.

    1cup milk
    meadium baking potatoes(about1/2pounds)peeled and thinly sliced
    small onion thinly sliced(adout1/4cup)
    2 1/2 cup-s diced cooked ham (about3/4pound)
    1 cup shreded cheddar cheese(4 onces)
    stir the soup gravy and milk in a meadium bowl. layer half of potatoes onoin ham and soup mixture in a 13x9x2-inch shallow baking dish. repeat the layer. cover the dish with foil.bake at 375f for 40 minutes. uncover thwe dish and bake for 25 minutes. top with cheese. bake for 5 minutes more or until the potatoes are tender and cheese melts. let the potatoes stand for 10 minutes before serving.

    Spiced Cider
    8 cups apple cider juice
    1/2 cuped brown sugar
    three cinamen sticks (three inches)
    1/2 to one teaspoon ground allspice
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    additinal cinnamon sticks,optinal

    In a large saucepan,cobine
    the first six ingredients;
    bring to a boil. Reduce heat;
    cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Discard cinnamon sticks.Use addinal
    cinnamon sticks for stirrers if desired.
    Yield:8-10 servings (about2quarts).

    1/2 IB ground beef or chuck - drain
    1/2 IB. chopped sliced bacon


    ADD and MIX:
    1/3 cup brown suger
    1/3 cup white suger
    1/4 cup catsup
    1/4 cup barbecue sauce
    1/4 t. pepper

    ADD and MIX:
    I can red kidney beans-drained
    1large butter beans
    1 large can pork and beans

    Pumpkin Pecan Loaves
    3 1/3 cups all purpose flour
    3 cups sugar
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground nuteg
    1 15 oz. can solid pack pumpkin
    1 cup vegetable oil
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    2/3 cup water
    1/2 cup chopping pecans
    Carmel Glaze
    1/4 cup butter or margarine
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup whipping cream
    2/3 cup confectioners sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
    Combine the pumpkin,oil,eggs, and water;mix well.Stir into dry ingredients just until combined; fold in the pecans. Spoon into two greased 9 in. x 5 in . x 3 in. Loaf pans.Bake at 350 degrees for 60 65 mins or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 mins before removing from pans to wire racks.
    For glaze, combine the butter,sugars,and cream in the saucepan. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Cool for 20 mins. Stir in the confectioners sugar and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over cooled loaves.
    Yield 2 loaves

    3 graay smith apples peeled cut in 8ths or 16ths depending on how small you want
    3 cans cresent roll
    3 sticks of butter
    2 1/4 cups sugar
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 cup plus 1/8 cup flour
    1 can sprite or 7 up
    roll apple in rolls then place in a 9x13 pan in a sauce pan melt butter add sugar cinnamon then stir in the flour. bring to a small boil. then pour over rolls. then pour sprite or 7 up over the hot mix over rolls. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min.

    1 (18-oz) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
    1(8-oz) package cream cheese, solftended
    1/3 cup granulate sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    4 cups fresh or canned fruit
    1/4 cup orange marmalade, peach or apricot preserves
    1 tbsp orange juice or water
    1.preheat oven to 375*f (190*C).
    2. Cut dough into 1/8-in. slices; line 14-in. pizza pan with slices and press to form a crust. Bake in for 12 minuts or until lightly browned; cool
    3. Blend cream cheese sugar and vanilla. Spread over cookie crust.Arrange fruit over cream cheese. Combine marmaiade or preserves with orange juice and drizzle over fruit. Chill for one 1 huor befor serving.
    Makes 12 servings.

    and floured pan (approx12x16)top with chopped
    nuts bake at 375 ton 15min turn out ontowl and sprinkel a little powder suger startingt at narrow androll towel and cake together and cool in refrigerator. Unroll have filling beaten smooth and spread over cake roll again and chill until ready to slice. before chilling roll in waxed paper.

    Filling:
    1 cup powdered sugar, 2 pkgs. cream cheese, 4TBSP butter, 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    crust
    1/2 cup of butter
    1 egg
    1 can (13 ounce)pumpkin
    3 eggs
    2/3 cup evaporated milk
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 cup of sugar
    1/4 cup of margarine
    1 cup of pecans
    1 box 2 layer yellow cake mix(save 1 cup
    1 cup reserved cake mix
    derecshons:
    mix together cake mix(except 1 cup),1/2 cup
    butter or margarine,softend, and 1 egg.Mix
    together and press into 13x9''pan.mix filling: 1 can(13 ounce) pumpkin,3eggs, 2/3 cup of evaperated milk, 2 teaspoon cinnamom, 1 cup sugar. Mix filling and pour over crust. Topping: Mix 1 cup (reserved) cake mix, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup butter. Mixture will be crumbly. Sprinkle over filling. Put on pecans. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour and 15 minutes.

  22. Libby's Famous Pumkin Pie

    Ingredients:
    3/4 cup suger
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1/4 tsp cloves
    2 eggs
    1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
    1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and suger-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees; bake for 40 - 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with whipped cream before serving.
