    1 stick of butter
    1 cup of brown sugar
    5 big sweet potatoes
    1 cup marshmallows

    Boil potatoes. Melt butter and sugar together. Combine ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows on top of potatoes for the last 10 minutes.

    Tapioca Jell-o Salad

    2 boxes of Jell-o Tapioca Pudding - vannila
    (3 oz.)

    1 box raspberry(or orange) Jell-o(3oz.)

    3 cups water

    1pkg.of fresh raspberries(mandarin oranges if using orange jell-o)(frozen raspberries work well too.Just use a simaler amount.
    )1/2 of a small container o0f Cool Whip(1-1 1/2 cups)

    Cooik tapioca and gelitin in the 3 cups of water.Bring to a full boil-it will be thin, but will thicken as it cools.When cool,add fruit and Cool Whip.Mix well.Chill.

    1(18.25 ounce) package white, yellow, or vinilla cake mix
    1/2 cup melted butter
    3/4 cup choped pecans

    dry cake mix over and drizzal butter over
    all. sprinkal nuts on top and bake for 30 minuts or until fruit is tender and top is lightly browned. macks 12 servings

    Dissolve jello,let cool
    DO NOT add other water
    mix with mixer-low speed

    Baked Apples with Cinnaman-Vanilla
    1 tbsp of butter softend
    4 tsp,dark brown sugar
    1/4 cup raisons
    4 medium baking apples
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/2 cup nonfat vanilla
    dash ground cinnaman

    preheat oven to 350f. coat small baking dish with nonstick cookiing spray. in small bowl ,stir together butter , brown sugar and raisins;set aside

    using melon baller scoop out stem end and core of each apple making 1 inch wide strip of peel from around top of cavity. pack to top with raisins mixture . arange apples , cavity side up ,in prepared dish

    pour cider over apples . bak until apples are tender about 30 minutes basting occasionally with pan jiuces
    let apples stand 5 to 10 minutes. transfer apples to indi vidual servinngs dishes.serve warm with pan juice, dollop of yo gurt and sprinkle of cinnaman.

    Hot sandwich Wreath
    2 cans of croissant rolls
    2 c's of shredded cheese[use your favorite]
    2 c's of chopped ham[or your favorite meat,pre cooked
    pre heat oven to350 degrees.on a round baking stone[or covered cookie sheet]lay out one package of croissent rolls in a circle, points to the outside edge.then take the second package of croisseant rolls and lay them in bettween each of the fist row .this makes an over lapping circle .mix cheese and meat in a bowl. then spoon into wide part of the rolls.then lift the point over the mixture and tuck end under the wide part of the roll.you will see the filling showing through. bake for 15-20 minutes,or until rolls are golden brown and cheese is melted.let sit for 5 minutes before cutting.Yumy!!!

    Rice Krispie Triangles
    Grease a 20.5x30.cm (8x12in)shallow rectangular tin and put to one side.
    Unwrap the toffees and put them in a
    microwave-proof bowl.Melt on 900w
    High for 2min,then stir.Add the butter and marshmallows,then continue to cook in the microwave for 1 1/2min.Stir with a wooden spoon for 30sec until smooth.Add the Rice Krispies and mix together until the Krispies are coated in the toffee.
    Spoon the mixture into the tin and push it into the corners. Use the back of a spatula to level the surface,then leave to cool.Cut the cake in half lengthways,then
    divide widthways into six to give 12 rectangles.Cut each in half diagollanyto make 24
    triangles.Lift out with the knife and serve.

    1 (16oz.) can pumpkin
    1 1/2 cups of uegetable oil
    3 cup of flour
    2 tsp.baking powder
    1 tsp.salt
    2 cups chocolate chips
    Beat eggs,sugar,oil and pumpkin until smooth.
    com bine dry in gredients and combinie with pumpkin mix ture.Fold in chips.Bake at 400
    for 16 to 20 minutes fill muffin pans 3/4 full cool 10 minutes before remouing from pan.

    combine flour and brown sugerin midium bowl. cut in buttento make a crum mixer stir in nuts set aside 3/4 mixer for topping press reminding mixture into bottom of 8x8x1/2 pan bake@350 for 15 min cool slitly combine cream cheese suger pumkin eggs allspice and vanilla in large mixed bowl blenduntil smooth Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved topping. Bake an additional 30-35 min. Cool before cutting.

  15. ba50 oyster drssing 4 cans whole Oysetrr 1 box saltin craekers
    onaion
    1-2 sticks of butter
    1 cans condensed milk
    sprey approx 5in x 8in
    carning ware dish i non-stick spray
    layer thin layer of crunced up cranhekers
    then thin slices of better
    1 ean of oyster [drain]
    fine layer minced onion
    fine layer of garlic

    Then repeat layering of crunched crackers with butter slices.
    Add cans of cond. milk until almost to top of dish
    Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour. Top will be golden brown.

    Cinnamon Rolls

    2 pkg yeast
    2 cups warm water
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup shortening
    1 tsp salt
    2 eggs
    6 cup of flour
    oil or margarine
    cinnamon/sugar mixture(1/4 cup sugar & 1 tsp cinnamon)

    Dissolve yeast in warm water;set aside.Cream sugar,shortening,and salt until fluffy with an electric mixer. Add eggs and beat well.Add yeast mixture slowly while beating.Add 3 cups of flour and beat until smooth.Stir in remaining flour.Let rise 1 1/2-hours.Stir down with a spoon.Turn
    out on a well floured surface. Knead 1-2 min. Roll out 1/2 inch thick. Spread w/oil or margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Roll up seal and cut 3/4 inch thick.

    Space on a greased cookie sheet 12 per sheet. Press flat with heel of hand. Let rise 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Bake at 475 for 12 min. Put under broiler for approx. 30 sec. to brown top. Watch very close or they will burn. Frost with powdered sugar icing and serve.
    Powdered sugar icing - 1 cup powdered sugar, 4 tsp. water, and 1/2 tsp burnt sugar flavoring. Beat until smooth.
