    Gooey Butter Cake

    1 yellow cake mix
    4 eggs
    1 stick
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 lb. powdered suger

    Mix cake mix,butter,2 eggs.Spead in bottom of greased 8x10 inch pan.In blender,mix softened cream cheese,2 eggs,and powdered suger until creamy.Pour over cake mix.Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

    1 cup oil
    1 can pumpkin
    2 cups sugar

    mix together all ingriedients and backe 350f for 25 minutes.
    icing-
    1 stick butter
    1 cup brown suger
    1/4 cup evaporated milk

    Bring to boil, then add 2 cups powderd suger.

    Chocolate Chip Cookies
    Sift Together;
    2 1/4 Cups flower
    1 table spoon baking soda
    1 table spoon salt, set aside
    Blend;
    1 Cup criso
    3/4 Cup sugar
    3/4 Cup brown sugar,packed scoop peanut butter
    1 table spoon vanilla
    1/2 table spoon water
    beat in 2 eggs
    Add flour mixture, mix well. Stir in 12 oz.
    Chocolate semi-sweet chips, and 1C. Chopped
    nuts. Drop teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minuts. makes 4 dozen cookies.

    Banana Bread
    1 cup of sugar,1/2 cups of butter,2 eggs plus
    4 ripe bananas (black).
    Beat the above ingredients until smooth plus well blended.

    add 1/4 tsp.Salt,1 3/4c. flower 1/2 tsp.soda plus 1/2 t.s.p bkg.powder.Add 1/2 c.nuts (optional)
    Bake plus 350 degreese 45-55 mins can be baked in 2 shallow loaf pans.

    1 cup butter(2 sticks)
    1 1/4 sugar
    1 large egg
    2 squares(1once each)semi sweet chocolate
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    21/3 cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    food coloring
    1 cup m&ms chocolate mini baking bits
    beat in a bowl butter and sugar until light and fluffy beat in egg,chocolate and vanilla in meadium bowl combine flour,baking powder and add to creamed mixture.Wrap and refrigerate for 2 to three hours

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Working with half the dough at a time on lightly floured surface, roll to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into dinosaur shapes using four inch cookie cutters. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets; cool completely on wire racks.

    Tint frosting desired colors. Frost cookies and decorate with M&Ms.

    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/4cup butter
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 1/2cups powderecd suger
    1.into lage bowl, measure cereal;set aside.

    2.in 1-quart microwave chocolate chips,peanut butter and uncover on
    high 1 minute;stir. microrwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stired smooth.
    stir in vanilla.pour mixture over cereal,stiring until evenly coated.pour into 2-gallon resealble food storge plastic bag.

    Pour mint chips over hot brownies night after
    they come out of the oven Let chips melt then spread like icing When chips have cooled to the no drip point cut brownies
    Allow to cool and eat

    3 cups [1-1/2 pkgs.,11.5 oz. each] hershey milk chips
    1 can [ 14 oz.]sweetend condensed milk [ not evaporated milk ]
    dash salt
    1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts [optinal]
    1.line 8-or9-inch square pan with wax paper
    2. Place chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and salt in medium microwave -safe bowl . microwave at HIGH[100'/,] 1 minute; stir. if necessary,microwave
    additional 15 sec. at a time, stir. after each heating until chips are melted and mixtrure is smoth. Stir in vanilla and nuts, if dasired. spread evenly in prepared pen.
    3. Refrigerate 2 hour or until firm. Turn fuge onto cuting board;peel off paper and cut into squares .Store covered in refrigerator. About 2 pounds

    Claudine's pecan pie
    1c packed brown suger
    1/4c butter-melted
    1T dark corn surup plus enough light corn surup
    3 large eggs-slightly beaten
    1/2 t salt
    1t real vnilla
    1 c chopped pecans plus a few whole pieces for deckoration, if desired
    1 unbaked pie shell

    In mixing bowlmix all ingredients in above order and pour into pie shell. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees. Watch pie crust at about 20-25 minutes and cover crust with foil if browning too much.

    Use a pie crust recipe (double) of your choice.

  15. pop star 33 3-step pumpkin cheesecake prep time 10 minuites baking time 45 minutes. 3 pkg. 8 oz. each PHILADElPHIA brand. 1 3/4 cup suger 3/4 cup canned pumpkin 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon dash each ground cloves and nutmeg 3 eggs 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
    1.MIX cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. blend in pumpkin, vanilla,cinnamon,cloves and nutmeg. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Do not overbeat after adding eggs. Spray 9 inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray; sprinkle bottom with crumbs.

    2. POUR cream cheese mixture into prepared pie plate.

    3. BAKE at 325 for 45 min. or until center is almost set. Cool Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Dust with ground cinnamon before serving. Garnish w/Cool Whip.

    HERSHES Holiday Truffles
    2/3cup whipping cream
    2cups (12 oz. pkg) semi-sweet choc. chips
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    COATINGf (see below)
    1.HEAT cream in heavy,2quart saucepan just to boiling. Remove from heat.
    Add chocolatechips;stir with whisk until melted and smooth. stir in vanilla.
    pour in to medium bowl
    cover; refrigerate about 3hours or until firm.
    2. line baking sheet with wax papper.
    drop chocolate mixter by heaping teaspoons
    onto prepared baking sheet.
    freeze about 45 mins. or until firm.
    place desired coatings in separate bowls.
    shape frozen chocolate truffles between hand to form 1 inch balls. Roll in desired coatings. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours. Serve cold.

    3/4 cup butter,softend
    1 egg
    2 TBSP milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 jar Oatmeal Raisin cookie mix

    (cookie mix below)
    3 cups uncooked quick oats
    1 cup raisins
    3/4 cup sugar
    3/4 cup flour
    3/4brown sugur
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon bakeing soda
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1.Preheat oven to 375 lightly greas cookie sheets.
    2. Beat butter in large bowl until smooth. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla until blended. Add cookie mix to butter mixture; stir until well blended.
    3. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls dough 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 10-11 min.
